Programme details :
MA (Edu) programme would provide learners a wider and more comprehensive understanding of education as field of knowledge and would accommodate a wide variety of learning needs of learners.

Master of Arts (Education) is aimed at developing professionals for effective participation in educational actions in different areas of education. The Programme is an innovative Post-Graduate programme in education, which emphasises both disciplinary and professional dimensions of education as an area of study. The target group is a Graduate with or without a degree in education.

The Programme comprises five compulsory courses, one course on educational research and four courses in one of the specialised areas e.g. higher education, educational technology, educational management, etc. Apart from the theoretical courses, a student is required to submit a research report in the form of a dissertation.

The Programme would provide both theoretical and practical inputs.

The MA (Education) Programme comprises four groups of courses with differential weightage. The total number of credits will be 68 and each student is expected to cover 34 credits each year.

  • M.Com degree serves as a foundation for further advanced studies and research in this area such as Ph.D. and M.Phil. Degree in Commerce

Eligibility Criteria for M.Com
The qualification needed for applying M.Com includes a graduation in Commerce. Some institutes and universities are accepting graduates with Honors in Economics or Business/Management Studies for Post graduation in Commerce. Recognized institutes and universities are demanding 60 % of marks in undergraduate level for the admission process. Certain institutes and universities carried out entrance examination also. How to fill in M.Com Entrance Application form

Either candidates can apply online or offline. M.Com Entrance Exam Pattern
A majority of entrance tests have two sections. Part A includes subjects like Cost and Management Accounting, Business Communication, General English and Business Laws, report writing. For assessing the candidates, various universities have various methods. Remuneration after M.Com
M. Com Degree focusing mainly on commerce based area. There are some other areas such as management and economics based subjects. After its competition, talented aspirants will be paid high salary. In banks if one is able to get in then the first salary as a PO will be above 25000/- with experience in the related area candidates will be able to obtain much higher pay packages in private companies. Those who start as accountants can get around 6000 to 10,000 and then it can go up to 1 lakh especially after higher qualifications like CA or CFA.
